Who is responsible for your data

airchillzone.com is operated by A HUGE Production, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you email us or write to us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website our hosting provider records standard technical data: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, and the referring page. This is ordinary server-log data and is used to keep the site running and secure.

Click identifiers

When you follow a link to the advertiser, a randomly generated identifier is appended to that link so the advertiser's affiliate network can attribute the visit. That identifier is generated on our server at the moment the page is built. It does not contain your name, email address or any other detail you have given us.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Third parties you reach by following a link from here — including the advertiser and its affiliate network — may set their own cookies once you are on their site, under their own policies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
